Dear Chamber Members:
The Willowbrook/Burr Ridge Chamber of Commerce & Industry along with
the Willowbrook Police Department would like to take an active part in
supporting our military personnel serving overseas in the Persian Gulf
and Afghanistan again this year. We want to let them know that we support
their efforts.
We know many Americans have issues regarding the war on Iraq. Nonetheless,
we all know someone that has been touched by the deployment of troops
to foreign shores. To show our support, the chamber will be collecting
items from the "wish list" below and assist with shipping these
packages to the men and women of the armed forces serving abroad.
Drop off locations will be at the Willowbrook Police Department and the Chamber office located
in the MB Financial Bank building at 83rd Street and Madison in Burr
Ridge. Please make sure that these donated items are non-aerosol and
travel size.
In addition, if you know of someone who is on active military duty overseas
and would like to have a "care" package sent to them, please submit his/her
APO mailing address along with the number of men and women in their unit.
A "care" package will be sent to the entire unit. Your support is greatly
appreciated!!!

- Individual dry mix drink packets for bottled water - (i.e. Crystal
