Frank has been a chamber member since 1995, and has attended most of the functions that the chamber has put on. He recently chaired the Home Improvement & Garden Show held in May 2005.

Frank and Jill, along with their three daughters Samantha, Sabrina and Salena, have lived in the Willowbrook/Burr Ridge area since 1980. Samantha is a licensed esthetician at Deborah Davis in Elmhurst and mother of our grandson, Zachary Evan Dench. Sabrina is a licensed massage therapist and is self-employed…and Salena is a professional hair stylist/colorist at the Ambience Salon & Spa in Downers Grove.

Frank and Jill have decorated for many big names. In the late 90’s they decorated for the Kevin Matthews radio show, for the Kev Head Prom. They also decorated for Jonathan Brandmeier for Buzz Killman’s bachelor party at Excaliber (Chicago). In more recent years, they have done decorating for the Black Hawks, with over 5,000 balloons dropping from 10 stories up at the United Center on New Years Eve. More recently, Frank and Jill did balloons for the 40th anniversary at the Ford City Shopping Center in Chicago, Allstate’s 75th anniversary and also for “Your Choice Auto’s” one-millionth customer, and Target’s book fair in Grant Park. You may also see some of their decorating at some of the car dealerships in the area and recently, they did balloons for the American Heart Association.
